When you use the estimate calculator, we process the job description you enter, as well as your name and phone number/email if you provide them when sending your enquiry.
This site does not set any cookies for analytics or marketing.
3. What we use it for
Solely to calculate your estimate and to get back to you. Legal basis: UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f). We never sell your information.
4. AI calculation — important
To calculate the estimate, your job description is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic, USA). The transfer relies on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA). Please do not include sensitive personal information in your description. The website itself is hosted in Europe.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become a job: up to 2 years.
- If you become a customer: accounting records are kept for 6 years after the end of the financial year, as required by HMRC.
6. Data processors
Hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend) and AI calculation (Anthropic). This website is built and operated by Mango International Freelancer, Danish company no. (CVR) 46 58 89 24, as a data processor on our behalf.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Contact us using the details above. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office — ico.org.uk.
